Rules and Guidelines for 7asidesoccer.

Non-Contact soccer.  
There are no offsides.
Be honest - Each team calls their own penalties     (ex. hand ball).
No slide tackles.
No aggressive behaviour or demeaning comments.
Use your body but not arms or hands to shield the ball.
No set goalie (everyone is encouraged to take a turn).
Goalies can always use their hands, including on a pass from a teammate.
Involve all players (pass to everyone). Everyone pays the same fee and is entitled to equal play.
Substitutions may be required.  Take your turn, whether you need a break or not.
If teams are uneven, captains or their designates can trade players for that night to ensure equal teams.
We play rain or shine.  Games may be called/delayed due to lightning.
Cleats and Shin Pads are required.
PLAY SAFE - no one wants an injury.
If you are concerned about a safety issue, let us know immediately, so it can be resolved quickly.
